Graduated in medicine and surgery at the University of La Laguna on July 30, 1997, I received the extraordinary prize for the end of career. On June 30, 2003 I finished the training of the specialty in ENT (ENT) via MIR at the Hospital Vall Hebron in Barcelona, of 4 years duration. I worked as an ENT specialist at the general hospital of La Palma from 1/7/2003 to 26/11/2006. Since 27/11/2006 I have been working as an ENT specialist at the University Hospital Complex of Tenerife. On February 4, 2016 I received the title of Doctor by the university of La Laguna with the qualification of outstanding "CUM LAUDE".
Since February 24, 2014 I am a part-time associate professor attached to the area of knowledge of ENT by the university of La Laguna. I have participated in the publication of articles of the ENT specialty in national and international journals. I have co-authored chapters of ENT specialty in national books. I attend annually to the scientific meetings of the Spanish and Canary society of ENT. I am committed to continuing education as an ENT specialist, with special professional interest in head and neck oncologic pathology.
